We welcome NDIS Self-Managed and Plan-Managed participants, and private paying clients.

Medicare rebates are available under Chronic Disease Management Plan with a valid GP referral or Helping Children with Autism program with a valid paediatrician or psychiatrist referral.

Our services are billed pro rata at the hourly rate $193.99

Assessments 
Assessments vary in the time they take to administer; the cost of individual assessments will be discussed with you.

Reports
Comprehensive Assessment Reports / NDIS Reports (typically 2 – 2.5 hours). Billed per hour at the hourly rate.

Non-face-to-face support
Including but not limited to phone calls, resource development, liaison/ case conferencing with other relevant providers, care team meetings, plan review meetings.

Travel

Up to 30 minutes (each way) within MMM 1-3 locations.

Cancellations

48 hours / 2 business days’ notice is required for cancellations or 100% consultation fee will apply. When possible, the time will be used to update other members of the team, create resources or provide additional support.

Fees are formally reviewed annually, we reserve the right to update the fee schedule at any given time. Notice of fee changes will be provided in advance and in writing.
